Trim your wick before every burn for a cleaner flame, less soot and an even melt pool. The tray keeps trimmings tidy and off your furniture.
Especially useful for wooden wicks, which burn best trimmed to about 3mm (1/8 inch). More care tips in our FAQ.

Candle care
First burn: let the wax melt all the way to the edges of the vessel. This prevents tunnelling for the life of the candle.
Before every burn: trim the wooden wick and let the wax melt evenly across the surface.
