What are your candles made of?

Apricot coconut soy wax, a crackling wooden wick and a clear glass jar. Our fragrance oils are IFRA-compliant and free of phthalates and parabens, and our suppliers provide safety certificates for every oil.

How long do they burn?

Our 6oz candles burn for 30–35 hours, and the 1.5oz minis burn for 10–15 hours.

Are your candles safe for pets?

Simplicity, our unscented candle, has no fragrance or essential oils, so it's the best choice for homes with cats, dogs or newborns. Our scented candles use clean, phthalate-free oils, but some pets are sensitive to any scent. Burn them in a ventilated room and never leave a flame unattended around animals.

How do I get the best burn?

On the first burn, let the wax melt all the way to the edges, which takes about 2–3 hours. Trim the wick before every burn after that. This prevents tunnelling and soot.

Why does my wooden wick crackle?

That's the wood! It's the soft fireplace sound wooden wicks are loved for.

Do you offer refills?

Yes. Bring back your empty Aura jar and get a refill at 50% off. Message us by email or Instagram DM to arrange your drop-off.

Do you deliver in Calgary?

Yes, we offer one-day delivery within Calgary for $15. Pickup is also available in Marda Loop.

Do you ship across Canada?

Yes, we ship Canada-wide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
